The purchase of these units will allow the acquirer to conduct structural testing, perfect the design that is bespoke to the company's existing products, and do their own financial and marketing feasibility studies to see if the device is worth pursuing and thereafter adding to the company's product line. 

Device sales to both U.S. and International countries will be etched with "Not FDA Approved Nor Intended For Human Use”

All engineering drawings, full consultation services, and a non-exclusive Patent Licensing agreement of patent #10,596,005 "Frictionless Hip Joint” are included with the purchase of the physical T-800 or T-799 devices.

A EULA licensing agreement to have and to hold will be limited to the serial number of the device purchased for study. The length of the term is variable. If more than one device is needed an additional purchase must be made and a new licensing agreement with the new serial number of the additional device must be granted.
