At the Rachel Lindsay Foundation for Women's Orthopedic Health...

OUR VISION

Our vision is to improve the quality of life for women who are generally at higher risk of hip revision surgery.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to fund the engineering and rigorous FDA, IDE, and Pre-market Approval via “prove a truth” testing of gender specific orthopedic solutions that would otherwise never come to market. That involves a patient Pilot Study, then at least a two year follow-up.

We attend annually the CCJR Current Concepts in Joint Replacement conference to hear of the current problems in orthopedics, and the AAOS American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons trade show to seek any form of women specific orthopedic devices that have no predicate. This includes shoulders, knees and hip orthopedic devices.

Great news! We feel we found a potential solution for for hip "revision" surgery due to premature wear. During patent searches we discovered this new hip joint straight from the future - It's called the T-799/H "Eve" Frictionless Hip Joint for men, and the T-799/H Frictionless Hip Joint for women. (#2020/0222197, U.S.#10,596,005).

*The T-800/H NOEL FRICTIONLESS HIP JOINT™ for men and the T-799/H "Eve" FRICTIONLESS HIP JOINT™ for women are both available for sale by the owners which includes U.S. and International Patent licensing for the purpose of testing and evaluating the technology for prototyping, machining costs, and bonafide test marketing for industry feedback.

Sales are strictly limited to holders of medical licenses, ISO-9000 manufacturers, medical device marketing companies, research universities, independent laboratories for safety evaluation, military, and other medical related B2B peer groups such as Orthopedic surgeons, and the executives of medical device companies. Therefore it will not be sold to the general public. Re: Automedx Inc. v. Artivent Corp

The purchase of these units will allow the acquirer to conduct structural testing, perfect the design that is bespoke to the company's existing products, and do their own financial and marketing feasibility studies to see if the device is worth pursuing and thereafter adding to the company's product line.

Device sales to both U.S. and International countries will be etched with "Not FDA Approved Nor Intended For Human Use”

All engineering drawings, full consultation services, and a non-exclusive Patent Licensing agreement of patent #10,596,005 "Frictionless Hip Joint” are included with the purchase of the physical T-800 or T-799 devices.

A EULA licensing agreement to have and to hold will be limited to the serial number of the device purchased for study. The length of the term is variable. If more than one device is needed an additional purchase must be made and a new licensing agreement with the new serial number of the additional device must be granted.
